RASTAFARI MANSIONS
& ORGANIZATIONS

The Mission of the RMO is to unite the legitimate mansions and organizations for the purpose of harnessing the collective assets and resources of the Ras Tafari community to fulfil the Ras Tafari Creed and facilitate international black repatriation and reparation.

 

The Vision is to speak with one voice for all those that profess the Ras Tafari Faith, in order to protect and preserve the sacred legacy of Ras Tafari worldwide. Central to preserving the legacy of Ras Tafari is to coordinate the mission of all Ras Tafari mansions to implement and spread knowledge of the teachings and life example of His Imperial Majesty Emperor Haile Selassie I, and Her Imperial Majesty Royal Empress Menen.

The Objectives of the RMO shall be:

 

To facilitate and ensure effective governance and co-operation between all the organisations and mansions that make up the Ras Tafari nation in Jamaica, as well as worldwide,

 

To aim to and fulfil the Ras Tafari creed that the hungry be fed, naked clothed, sick nourished, ignorant educated, aged protected and infants cared for.

 

To secure, protect and manage the intellectual property of the Ras Tafari community , for the benefit of the Ras Tafari community.

 

To advocate and negotiate with appropriate bodies in order to further the interests of the Ras Tafari community,

 

To provide support and empowerment to all Ras Tafari and member Ras Tafari mansions and organisations in the practice and furtherance of their living faith.

 

To mobilise the human, environmental, intellectual and financial resources for the advancement of the Ras Tafari nation.
