The Mission of the RMO is to unite the legitimate Rastafari mansions and organizations for the purpose of harnessing the collective assets and resources of the Ras Tafari community to fulfil the Ras Tafari Creed, facilitate reparations and repatriation and uplift Rastafari as a Nation within Jamaica and globally.
ADVOCACY
The Advocacy Committee advocates to appropriate Government bodies and media on specific cases of discrimination and to further the interests and rights of the Rastafari community. The Committee places special focus on the Articulation of Demandments and lobbying for an overarching Rastafari Act to ensure protection of a wide range of rights and reparatory justice for Rastafari.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
The Business Development Committee focuses on the development and implementation of business projects, plans and income generation. The committee has also focused on the development of The Ital Standard Certification, The RMO Theory of Change and Community Mapping.

EVENTS
The RMO Events Committee is a sub committee of the Business Committee and focuses on the coordination and execution of RMO's events. The host the RMO's Harambee Hall signature event Quarterly and The RMO Live which is a
virtual townh meeting to engage with the Rastafari community.
